The marriage of Miss Norma Helen Pamplin of Norfolk, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Charles Pamplin of Clifton Forge to Ensign Wiliam Leigh Taylor, United States Naval Reserve, son of Mr. and Mrs. John C. R. Taylor of Norfolk, took place Saturday at noon in St. Andrew's Episcopal Church. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. E. Ruffin Jones, rector of the church, in the presence of the immediate families and a few intimate friends. The altar was arranged with white snapdragons, white chrysanthemums and candles.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore an ensemble of blue, trimmed with squirrel fur, matching ht, black accessories and a corsage of orchids. Miss Phyllis Pamplin of Birmingham, Ala., was her sister's maid of honor and only attendant.
